  • “I began seeing Paula a few days postpartum after experiencing extreme symptoms of depression quickly after giving birth. I immediately connected with Paula because of her genuine compassion and knowledge of what I was going through, so I continued seeing her regularly for deeper issues. She is truly the reason I have been able to reach this point of healing and I’m beyond grateful to her for all of the tools she has taught me! Paula has great communication & scheduling is never difficult.”

  • “Paula has changed my life. I have been seeing her for 3 1/2 years. She helped me heal old wounds and become very self aware. She was there for me when I got divorced and I couldn’t have got the courage to do it without her help. She is a kind person who understands how hard life can be sometimes and she genuinely wants to help others. She is authentic, and helping others is her passion. I am so happy We crossed each other’s paths. “

  • Paula helped me get my life back. I don’t know what i would have done, had I not been given the gift that she had for me. Her tools and her understanding of my head space enabled me to become a severe Post-Partum Depression survivor.Β Having someone to understand my feelings, and to have someone to help me make sense of them, helped me understand that it was all normal and gave me tools to use at home to help me.”
